At Atlas Tavern it is all about time. In a world dominated by speed and convenience, time is a precious commodity. Making scratch food takes far longer than just opening a jar or reheating something that was made far away. Our wings undergo a 2 step cooking process that allows for ultimate crispiness and juiciness. That takes time. We spent months working on an Ohio beef burger blend featuring brisket, chuck and sirloin. Everything we do in the kitchen is a product of putting in extra time to get everything we serve to be world class
Our cocktails are made with house pressed juices and syrups. While it would be more convenient or faster to just open a jug of juice, we have found that the time it takes to make the freshest cocktails is well worth it.
Our draught list consists of 20 of the best beers we can find. We take the time to search out amazing beers, both local and from around the world. You can be sure that if a beer made it to our taps, a great amount of effort went into making sure it was a top notch beer for you to discover and enjoy
